Ikpeazu urges security agencies to begin enforcement of anti-open grazing law in Abia

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu  of Abia state has ordered the security agencies in Abia State to begin the enforcement of the Anti-Open Grazing Law put in place since 2018.

The governor gave the go ahead to Michael Ọkpara Auditorium, Umuahia, while flagging-off the Statewide sensitization workshop against criminal activities in Abia communities.

According to Ikpeazu the law will help reduce the unprovoked attacks against farmers by herdsmen.
