Insecurity: Saraki, 4 Ex-PDP Govs Storm Minna, Hold Closed-Door Meeting With IBB

Abubakar Sani Bello the governor of Niger was visited by five former governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday to commensurate on the increasing insecurity in the state, especially armed banditry which led to Thursday’s abduction of over 80 students and other people Kangara Government Science Secondary School.

The former PDP Governors, alongside party elders and stakeholders in Niger state, also paid homage to the former Military Head of State, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) where they had a closed-door meeting with him.

Saraki, the former President of the Senate and Kwara state Governor, told their host that they were in Minna to sympathize with him and Nigerlites over armed bandits attacks in four local government councils; Rafi, Shiroro, Munya and Mariga causing tears, agony and pains to the affected communities.
