Ranar Ciwon Siga: Hanyoyin guje wa kamuwa da Ciwon Siga

Ciwon siga (diabetes) cuta ce dake kama mutum idan aka samu matsala da wasu daga cikin ababen da ke sarrafa abincin da muke ci a cikin mu wato Insulin.

Shi Insulin ya na aiki ne a jiki wajen tace sinadarin ‘Carbonhydrate’ dake cikin abincin da muke ci don samar wa mutum kuzarin da yake bukata a jiki.

Rashin aikin ‘Insulin’ yadda ya kamata ne ya ke sa a kamu da ciwon siga.

Alamun wannan cutar sun hada da yawan jin kishi, yunwa, yawan yin fitsari, kasala da dai sauran su.

Bincike ya nuna cewa mutane miliyan hudu na dauke da wannan cutar sannan daga cikin su kashi 70 zuwa 80 basu da masaniya cewa suna dauke da cutar. Sannan da dama sun rasa rayukan su a dalilin wannan cutar saboda talauci.

A dalilin haka ministan kiwon lafiya Isaac Adewole da wasu ma’aikatan kiwon lafiya suka yi kira ga kungiyoyin da suka hada kawance da su goya wa kokarin da gwamnatin tarayya ke yi kan kawar da ciwon a Najeriya.

Ma’aikatan kiwon lafiyar sun kuma bayyana wasu alamun hanyoyin gujewa kamuwa da wannan cutar.

Ga hanyoyin:

1. Zuwa asibiti domin yin gwajin wannan cutar don sanin matsayin mutum.

2. A tabbata ana cin abincin dake taimakawa wajen inganta garkuwan jiki kamar su cin ganyayakin da ake ci da kayan lambu.

3. A guji cin abincin dake kawo kiba a jiki kamar su Alawar cakulate, kayan zaki, giya, sigari, gishiri, beredi da sauran su.

4. A rika motsa jiki da guje wa yawan sa kai cikin damuwa.

5. Mata za su iya shayar da ‘ya’yan su ruwan nono kamar na tsawon shekaru biyu domin gujewa kamuwa da wannan cutar.
