Amfanin kabewa a jikin Dan Adam da yadda ake sarrafata domin gyaran fata da sauransu

Hanyoyi da ake amfani da kabewa ga rayuwar al’umma suna da yawan gaske musamman ma ga lafiyar jiki, domin Hausawa na cewa “abincinka maganinka”. To ita kabewa Allah ya yi mata baiwa da yawa da take taimakawa, a jiki dan’adam ya samu ingantacciyar lafiya. Kuma ga ita kabewar ba ta da wuyar samuwa haka ma wajen sarrafata babu wata wuya. Ana miya da ganyen ko ‘ya’yan kabewan. Ga dai wasu daga cikin amfaninta.

· Gyaran fata: tana kare fata daga zafin ranar da ke wa fatar jikin mutum illa ya sa ta yi sumul-sumul. Da haka ne masana kiwon lafiya ke mata kirari da ‘mai maida tsohuwa yarinya’.

· Tana taimaka wa masu ciwon cutar sikari: domin tana rage yawan ‘Glucose’ bayannan kuma ta kara masu yawan ‘Insulin’ da jiki ke samarwa.

· Tana riga-kafin cutar daji: kamar yadda cibiyar bincike a kan cutar daji ta kasar Amurka ta tabbatar da cewar, duk abincin da ya kunshi sinadarin da ake kira ‘betacarotene’ ya na ba jiki kariya daga cutar daji, kuma an tabbatar da cewar kabewa na dauke da wannan sinadarin mai yawa.
