Amfanin tsamiya da yadda ake sarrafata domin maganin mura da sauransu

Ba wani icen da Allah (SWT) ya halitta face da irin ta sa fa’idar, sai dai ya kasan ce an gano wannan fa’idar ko kuma ba’a gano ta ba. Duk da tsamiya aba ce me tsami amma tana da abubuwa da yawa na karin lafiya , sannan tana kunshe da sinadaran kara lafiya da kuzari da sauransu.

A cikin dukkan kayan marmari tsamiya tana da ingantattun sinadaran iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphrous, protein, da potassium amma me ciwon siga zai yi kokarin kada ya sha saboda tana kunshe da sikari.

Har ila yau tsamiya tana da mahimmanci game da al’ada saboda ingancin abubuwan gina jiki da ta kuntsa.

Wasu daga cikin Al’fanun da tsamiya keda shi ga lafiyar Dan Adam.

Kurkura ruwan Tsamiya na saukaka kaikayin makogwaro na mura.

Tana maganin basir.

Tana taimakawa wajen tace jini.

Ragewa jiki yawan kitsen ‘cholesterol
