Wasu muhimman Al’fanu da Abincinmu na gargajiya keda shi ga lifiyar jikin mu

Abincinmu  na gargajiya yana da matukar alfanon gaske fiye da na yanzu, domin kuwa yana daukeda sinadirri masu kara yawaitar jini, masu bunkasa karfin garkuwar jiki, masu samarda karfin qassa ga jiki, masu gina jiki, sauwaqe kumburin ciki da dai sauransu.
