Ana bukatar mutum ya motsa jiki akalla na mintina 75 a duk rana>>WHO

Ma’aikatar kiwon Lafiya ta yi kira ga mutanen kasar nan da su rika motsa jiki a koda da yaushe, cewa rashin hakan na sa a kamu da cututtuka.


Ma’aikatar ta yi wannan kira ne bisa ga sakamakon binciken da kungiyar kiwon lafiya ta duniya (WHO) ta yi da ya nuna cewa sama da matasa biliyan 1.4 a fadin duniya na gab da fadawa hadarin kumuwa da cututtuka masu tsanani a dalilin rashin motsa jiki da basu yi.

Binciken ya nuna cewa mutane da dama na kamuwa da cututtuka kamar ciwon Siga, Sankara, shanyewan bangaren jiki duk a dalilin rashin motsa jiki akai-akai.

Jami’ar WHO Regina Guthold ta ce kamata ya yi mutum ya sami mintina 75 zuwa 150 a kullum rana yana motsa jikin sa.

Bayan haka wani malami dake wayar da kan mutane game motsa jiki mai suna Ayobami Tahirid ya bayyana cewa rashin motsa jiki ya yi wa mutanen Najeriya katutu musamman mata.
